August 8, 2023, the historic town of Lahaina on Maui was devastated by fire. Homes, Businesses, Generations of memories…Lahaina Town gone in a matter of minutes. High winds and no water in the fire hydrants made it extra difficult! 2,170 acres burned in Lahaina with 3312 properties impacted. The headlines moved on within days. The cameras packed up. The scrolling stopped. But the people did not forget. The ash settled, yet the ache stayed and…after the recent devastating flooding (46” of rain!), the need is even greater..

In Oct 2025, our third Project Give Aloha trip brought us back to serve alongside this resilient community. What we witnessed was both heartbreaking and humbling.

We were honored to help where we could. And just as clearly, we saw how much more remains.

Before our plane even lifted off the runway, we made a decision: we are returning in 2026!

We will volunteer where the need is real and immediate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refundable the first 3-Days after booking
After the first 3-Days the package is 100% NON-refundable, no exceptions. You may sell the package and do a one time name change free of charge up until 30 days prior when the site change fees will apply at $150 per change.
All payment-plan cancellations will forfeit the $99 deposit for the processing fee.

Airfare is NOT included in the trip price. Closest commercial airport Kahului Airport (OGG).
All flight submissions for hotel transfers will be due by OCT 1, 2026.
Airport transfers will only be offered on arrival day Oct 13th and departure day Oct 18th. If you are staying longer you are welcome to ride back to the airport with us on the 18th to grab a rental car.
No food included unless noted. There is a locals farmers market as well as a grocery store down the road that we will be visiting frequently. We will create an itinerary that lets you know what days you need to get food for outings.
We will provide a list of “good things to bring” before arrival.
All taxes and fees, as of your date of purchase, have been included. In the event taxes change or new taxes apply to your trip, you will be alerted and responsible for the difference.
A small booking/service fee, based on the total price of your trip, will be charged at checkout by our booking engine.
Gratuity is not included in your pricing so make sure to bring lots of 1’s, 5’s, 10’s and 20’s to tip the people along the way that make you smile, make your day, or just make it better!
All payment plan cancellations within the 3-day cancel period will forfeit the $99 processing fee.

COVID Policy:

In the ever-changing landscape of COVID/PANDEMIC protocols here is our policy. All getaways will travel on their planned date unless the resort or the borders close. We have taken every precaution in setting up the best COVID/PANDEMIC agreements with our vendors to protect our clients. If an event/excursion is cancelled due to COVID/PANDEMIC, we will pass on whatever refund we obtain that is attributable to the Client. Client understands that traveling in a world with COVID/PANDEMIC comes with the inherent risk of date changes, cancellations and partial refunds. Client must cooperate with us in obtaining the refund, which may include the returning of any unused tickets etc. If this is unacceptable, Client may want to postpone travel until a more predictable time. If you do decide to travel we highly recommend opting for the travel insurance offered in your confirmation email. Travel is very unpredictable these days!
